Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today mourned the sad demise of Smt. Thanantar Kaur, the eldest sister-in-law of Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh who passed away due to liver cancer in a private hospital at Ludhiana on Monday. Smt. Thanantar Kaur 85 is survived by two daughters and a son.
In his condolence message, Mr. Badal shared his heartfelt sympathies with the Prime Minister and his wife Mrs. Gursharan Kaur besides the members of the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to give strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss in this hour of crisis and grant peace to the departed soul.
